B4 and his team won the 2012 VFC Championship today!  Even though I have a horrible cough and cold, I sat through the cold rain (and flurry or two) because that is what Moms do!  These boys played so hard and fought for every point they earned!  The score was 22-16, a close match for sure.  I'm expecting my voice to go out at any moment, and that is perfectly OK with me (and I'm sure everyone else!)

Ya know, some people may think it is silly to get so emotional over a football team of 4,5 and 6 year old little boys.  It would be silly if I was the one pushing him into playing and making him feel like if he didn't win it was the end of the world, or my love for him.  But that isn't how  this works.  I do believe sports is a great way to teach team work. Something this world is starting to lack in very much so!  Well I'm not going to start getting over dramatic here...just want to sit back and enjoy the moment! :)
