Okay, so the cute little bees are gone from my background...but it's all good! I like the pretty swirly design and colors, so this will do for now. I'm somewhat happy things changed because it has given me an excuse to get back on here and blog a little. I just haven't had the time lately because we are soooooo busy! We went to Dollywood as part of Jennifer's birthday, which is actually tomorrow! My little girl will be 8! Oh, where did the time go?? I promise to post some pics of her soon.
Jessica got her cast of this past Thursday and was told she was good to go, but could use the brace during soccer, especially at camp next week, if she feels she needs it. So far she doesn't want to wear it and that is a good thing. Those muscles and such are weak and need to be used!
What a great girl, that Jessica. Phillip and I had to go out for a little bit to finish up shopping for Jennifer's birthday. Jennifer and Kevin were next door swimming at their grandparent's house, and Jessica wanted to stay home with Julie. We were perfectly fine with it and knew if she needed anything, the grandparents and aunts were right next door.
Well when we walked in I noticed they had their pajama's on and guess what...Jessi gave Julie a shower, fixed her hair, painted her fingernails, and fixed some yummy treats for them both! Now how sweet is that?!!! She has really shown an increase in maturity lately and I'm so proud of her. I'm so very lucky to have such a sweet and thoughtful child. I know she gets a little "tween" attitude lately...but truth be known, so do I!
I guess I must go and give Kevin his bath before he turns into a prune!
